Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Services

ExamArena provides digital, educational training access that immediately allocates server CPU power and AI generation API tokens upon purchase. Due to the digital consumption of AI study credits, all purchases are generally non-refundable except under the specific circumstances listed below.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your active **Student Pro** or **Teacher Premium** subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your Account profile page). Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further automatic renewals will be processed.

3. Exam Week Pass Conditions

The **Exam Week Pass** is a one-time purchase granting 7 days of Pro access and 100 AI study credits. This pass auto-expires after 7 days and is not a recurring subscription. Refunds for the Week Pass are only eligible if requested within 24 hours of purchase, and no more than 5 AI study credits have been consumed.

4. Exceptions and Billing Errors

If you believe you have been double-billed or charged in error, please contact our support desk immediately with your Stripe transaction ID. We will review billing issues within 3-5 business days and process appropriate adjustments.
