Welcome to ExamArena ("we", "our", "us"). ExamArena is an educational software service that helps users transform uploaded or pasted notes, slides, and lectures into interactive study arenas with AI-generated quizzes, glossaries, flashcards, and weak topic identification. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of the Service
ExamArena utilizes artificial intelligence algorithms (Ollama, Groq, and other providers) to parse, summarize, and generate questions from user-submitted materials. While we strive to maintain high-quality question generation, you acknowledge that AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, inaccurate, or hallucinated facts.
3. User Obligations and uploaded materials
You retain ownership of any text, notes, PDFs, or files you upload to ExamArena. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload these materials and that they do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for all content uploaded under your session.
4. Subscriptions, Paid Plans, and Credits
Some features (such as Timed Boss Fights, large quizzes, and deep analysis) require a paid subscription (Student Pro) or a one-time pass (Exam Week Pass). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Paid plan limits and AI credits are governed by the specific tier purchased. AI study credits consume upon successfully starting generation jobs.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service to generate hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or perform reverse-engineering of the application’s scraping and API structures. Any breach of this section may lead to immediate termination of your active session without refund.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
